Ironic that someone could be so HEART-less in pursuing a copyright infringement, but then feel no compunctions about appropriating another's image. Barracuda indeed.

Well I guess Julie Stewart has read this thread...as the link to the bogus profile page and infringed photo is no longer available.

Or maybe Facebook removed it?? NOT

Wow, you are vicious. I might be inclined to distribute this screenshot as an illustration. However, I feel calm right now so I won't.

I wasn't going to mention it, but I grabbed the screen shot as soon as I saw it, just in case...beside Ann Wilson was pretty hot back in the day!, I knew it was her immediately

No, but Facebook will remove posts that point to a copy of a well-written letter to a New York lawyer explaining why you won't take shit from a F.E.C.A.L.'s (FEmale CAnadian Lawyer) ongoing harassment.

Well I guess Julie Stewart has read this thread...as the link to the bogus profile page and infringed photo is no longer available.

Wow.  Talk about dripping with irony.  Assuming Ms Stewart was indeed infringing someone's copyright I wonder:
1) if she applies these words to her own actions: " It is theft, plain and
simple.  Yes, it is upsetting to be on the wrong side of the law."
2) if Ms Stewart will find the owner of the copyright and proactively applogize and intiate settlement negotiations with him or her.
3) if finding herself in this situation will ultimately make her a better and more understanding person.

I am hopeful for number 3.

If indeed this is fact, it would make a great defense for those of us "innocent infringers."  How wonderful to be able to state that even copyright attorneys can be a victim of their own making?  Karma....you just got to love it!

S.G., thanks for the much needed humor on this board.  Although the topic is most serious, laughter is indeed the best medicine and you supply us with plenty of refills.

Since I missed the page that is no longer available, just to be sure that I have the facts straight here, are you saying that this screen shot link of "Julie Jools" is "Ann Wilson" from the band "Heart"????
